  2樓儲匯的人員，不知道是因為已經是老鳥的關係還是職業倦怠，辦理事項時他們自己內部出了一點trouble，很客氣的請教得到的是態度都很不耐煩，去了三次都這樣⋯感覺真的很差⋯

  Friendly and helpful service. Most staff have limited English but there is a lady (I think she’s the supervisor) who speaks good English and can help with questions or additional information.
