::The people working here are friendly and efficient but most have limited English so it helps to know basic Chinese. If you can’t write Taiwan addresses in Chinese, they’ll gladly do it for you. Boxes can be purchased at the receiving counters but you’ll need to pack and then seal the box yourself. It was particularly busy when I visited and had to wait half an hour for my turn.
