  Excellent hotel with wonderful service and great view. The hotel layout and architecture is very unique. Not a typical high rise hotel. The endless pool is relaxing, along with the chair and views on the balcony. They have a nice nature walk on the pool level. Take the stairs down to the lake and he have a nice hike. An improvement they can make is that the rooms are getting dated. The doors and closets are getting old and creaking. The shower is looking old and dark. They should start doing some room renovations before it gets really old. For the class and price of the hotel, this is what i would expect they do soon.

  Luxury hotel and the service is really good. The swimming pool is just next to the lake. The view is great 👍

  Came here for a meeting so can't comment on the rooms. The food in the restaurant was great though. Even if you are not staying here, coming up the hill simply to enjoy the lovely views over the lake and the zen atmosphere of the hotel is worth it. Should you come by car, free parking is available. Great views!

  The view from the Lalu hotel is truly stunning. On top of all of that, its home to Chiang Kai Shek's getaway home, offering up a small piece of history. The rooms are cozy and the showers are just too comfortable, you'll want to stay in there forever. Overall I had an amazing experience and if you are looking for a genuine 5 star experience, you would find it here.

  This is one of the most notable and memorable hotel properties I've had the pleasure to stay at... Stunning location with a top notch facility that provides the sort of premier service you rarely find in hotels today. If you're even considering a trip to Sun Moon Lake, I highly suggest you visit this spectacular destination. PS this property hits all of the high notes from gorgeous rooms, to an amazing location, world-class dining. It's a must stay!
