  The worst hotel ever. Poor service bed food. The hotel stuff don't know English and don't try to find any solutions to many problems that excited. We eat and enjoy from the next hotel facilities the lalu hotel. moreover the welcome cocktail was with glass ( we saw the bar tender put the syrup from broken bottle)

  Poor basement maintenance. We had expensive lunch but the meal was not provided as the menu, without prior mention. Not worth its price of more than 1300 NTD.

  There are 3 reasons make me and my families angry 1. When I checked in, their reception ask me which time of room clean I prefer? I choosed 11:00AM. Tomorrow we back to room around 2:PM, the room didn't be cleaned at all, I checked with reception then, they seems forgot and ask us wait until 4PM the room clean will come 2. My families and I are vegetarian, and I've told them when I booked room online and checked in, but when we came to their restaurant, the waitress looks like didn't even know 3. My father and I get the soup with "For vegetarian" tag, then I found there's fish in this soup, this one is the most unacceptable one

  Booked the NT$30,000 + room for two nights at this hotel, it comes with two dinner and breakfast. Was very looking forward to what I’m about to experience, however, it felt weird the first thing I drove up to the door. Coz I wasn’t even sure where the main entrance was, no one was outside, nor visible inside.. I had to call reception to make sure where I should unload my luggages.. then the butler showed up.. lobby was empty on a Friday, only two receptionists.. 14/09/2018 suppose to be a big weekend for sun mood lake where the biggest cross lake event will be happening this weekend. Anyway, the first site of the room didn’t disappoint me.. the view was awesome, up on 9th floor you see the whole lake on the balcony. After a closer look at the room then comes the disappointment. Mini bar is free but only have 4 bottle of water and 4 soft drinks that’s it, couch was dirty and flat, light switches are super unclear and hard to switch, smoking on the balcony will make the room smell even all windows are shifted properly (checked twice), got ants on the bar table, fridge is not cold enough to store baby ice cube, no wine opener nor wine glass, only two sets of tower, broken floor on the balcony, rotted ceiling in the shower.. And about the complementary dinner, no option set menu, you get what they have for today.. not ideal because nothing taste good considering how much you pay for this. So, personally I will not recommend anyone to stay here. And as of this moment, I’ve cancelled my second night here and booked the one next to this.
